Acme Freight

Updated after the renewal call, today

What changed on the last call

  • Dana needs SSO before the EU team joins.
  • Acme Freight starts with a 40-seat pilot, as Sam agreed.

In the way

  • Nobody owns the security review yet.Who's doing this?

Handoff

  • Priya in customer success takes the account on Monday.Every open promise goes with it.

  • Dana owes you the EU seat list for the expansion.Dana, due Friday

What you owe, what you're owed.

A promise is anything someone on a call says they will send, check or do. brAIn keeps both sides, with who owns each one and when it's due.

Your side owes

  • Send Dana at Acme Freight the SSO rollout timeline.

You, due Wednesday, from the renewal call

  • Send Lena at Halcyon the pilot success criteria.

Sam, due Thursday, from the discovery call

Customers owe you

  • Dana shares the EU seat list for the expansion.

Dana, due Friday, from the renewal call

  • Lena sends the signed security questionnaire.

    Lena, no date

Each person's page counts the promises kept on both sides: you 4 of 5, Dana 2 of 3.

Built for the deals that are hard to keep straight.

Here is where a promise breaks, and where brAIn catches it.

  • The promise nobody inherited.

    1. MarchAE promises SSO to the CISO
    2. JuneAccount handed off, promise left behind
    3. RenewalbrAIn brings it to the new owner first

The promise belongs to the account, not the person, with the call it came from.

  • Three conditions, three calls, one signature.

    1. CFOThree-year price lock
    2. IT leadEU data residency
    3. ChampionPilot success criteria
    4. Ask“What does Halcyon need to sign?”

One answer names all three conditions, who raised each one and where.

  • The date that decides the quarter.

    1. Week 1“Our budget freezes June 30”
    2. Week 6Still stage three, the date in no field
    3. Next callThe date is back in your prep

Dates a customer says out loud are kept with who said them.

  • The fix that was promised, not sent.

    1. QBRRoot-cause write-up promised
    2. Week 2Ticket closed, write-up never sent
    3. Day 60Still open on two people's lists

A promise stays open until a later call or email closes it.

  • The two-week deal.

    1. Day 1Pricing for five seats promised on the first call
    2. Same dayThe follow-up is drafted, approved and sent
    3. Day 3The buyer comes to the demo with the pricing read

On a small, fast deal the follow-up goes out before the next demo, not after it.

Nothing goes out without your approval.

      How it's enforced

Every record carries your company's ID, and it is checked on every request. brAIn's memory is partitioned per company on the server, never from what a request says. No other company using brAIn can read your data.

      How it's enforced

One gateway checks every action brAIn takes. Emails to others, changes to existing items, closing and deleting always wait for your Approve. Only small changes that affect just you run on their own, like adding a commitment you own: at most 20 a day, each logged with Undo.

      How it's enforced

Before a line is saved, code checks each name, number and date against the stored meetings and documents. A line it can't back is left out. No date reads “no date”. No owner reads “Who's doing this?”. brAIn never fills a gap with a guess.

      How it's enforced

Personal memory is visible only to you. When you ask brAIn in a Slack channel, it answers only with what you could share from meetings. Never the private parts of a meeting, your notes or your earlier chats.

      How it's enforced

Emails, web pages and tool descriptions are stored as facts with their source. They can't create or change brAIn's skills or instructions. A skill imported from outside waits until a person approves it.

      How it's enforced

Keys and tokens are encrypted at rest, masked in every log and never put in a prompt. For browser tokens, brAIn keeps only a fingerprint, never the token itself.

      How it's enforced

brAIn uses AI models only under zero-data-retention terms, and sends only the text a task needs. The brAIn app has no ads and no analytics trackers, and your data is never sold.

      How it's enforced

Tool calls, approvals, changes, questions and deletions are written to an audit log. Delete any meeting, fact or conversation, or all of brAIn's memory, from Settings.

When brAIn isn't sure, it asks. One tap answers it, and brAIn keeps your answer.

      Questions, answered.

      When can we start?

Early access opens in February 2027, to revenue teams first. Join the waitlist below and we'll keep you posted. A small group of design partners starts before launch.

Do I need my company to sign up?

No. Anyone can join the waitlist. brAIn is bought by a company, so when your team wants to try it, we work with the people you choose, and only with your OK.

      What exactly is brAIn?

An AI assistant for each person on your team. It learns your role from your calls and meetings: your accounts, who you work with, what you own and how you write. Your brAIn works for you, and its personal memory is visible only to you.

How does brAIn reduce sales operations and enablement work?

It does the work from the calls themselves: it proposes CRM updates, drafts recaps and follow-ups, builds prep before every call, passes accounts between sales, solutions and success, and answers new hires' questions about any account with the source.

Can brAIn send email or update the CRM on its own?

No. An email to anyone other than you, a change to a record, and closing or deleting anything wait for your approval, in brAIn or in Slack. brAIn does small things that affect only you on its own, like adding a commitment you own: at most 20 a day, each with Undo.

Where do calls and meetings come from?

From brAIn Recorder for Mac and Windows, which records Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Webex or any other call app, transcribes on your computer and sends only the text. You can also paste notes from a call you weren't on.

Is the call recorded, and what about consent?

Yes. brAIn Recorder records the call on your computer, turns it into text there and sends brAIn only the text. A recording sign stays on screen the whole time, and when a recording starts on its own you get a notification, so it never records silently. From launch, your admin can require a consent notice, turn off automatic start and block recording on chosen calls. The person recording still tells everyone on the call and gets their OK where it's needed.

We already use Gong or another call recorder. Why brAIn?

brAIn records calls with its own recorder, brAIn Recorder. Call-analytics tools like Gong score calls. brAIn remembers the promises made across calls, handoffs and renewals, and drafts the follow-ups that keep them.

Which CRMs does brAIn work with?

Salesforce, HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics 365, from launch in February 2027. After each call brAIn proposes the updates, and nothing changes in your CRM until you approve it.

Which tools does brAIn connect to?

Your CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot or Dynamics 365), Google Workspace (Gmail and Google Calendar) or Outlook and Microsoft 365, Slack and Chrome, plus your company's own tools, all from launch in February 2027. Your admin chooses what brAIn may do with each one. Dialers (Outreach and Salesloft), Zendesk and Gainsight are on the roadmap.

How is our data kept apart from other companies?

Each company has its own sealed space. Every record carries your company's ID, and it is checked on every request, so no other company using brAIn can read your data.

      Where is our data hosted?

In the US. EU hosting is on the roadmap.

Do the AI models keep our data?

No. brAIn uses AI models only under zero-data-retention terms and sends only the text a task needs. brAIn doesn't sell your data, and the brAIn app has no ads and no analytics trackers.

Does brAIn read our Slack channels?

No. It reads only the messages you send to it: your direct messages to brAIn and your @brAIn mentions.

Can we delete what brAIn knows?

Yes. Delete a call, a fact or a conversation, or all of brAIn's memory, from Settings.

      How much does it cost?

A platform fee for your company plus a price per person. Prices aren't set yet. Design partners get a deep discount, and the first 100 reps on the list get 6 months free. Join the waitlist and we'll share the details.
